Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, no cash refunds.
You can request an exchange if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong size or design.
Exchange Timeframe
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items bought on sale or discount
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Customized or altered products
- Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at chtoutfits@gmail.com with your Order Number, product picture, and reason for exchange.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
- You will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement.
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for sending back the product.
- We only cover the cost if the mistake was on our side (wrong or damaged item).
Note
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item doesn't meet our policy conditions.
- Exchange processing time may take 4–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
